Mara Janković, partner at the MJB law firm, delivered a lecture titled “Legal Aspects of Knowledge and Technology Transfer: Contracts, Ownership of Results, and Cooperation with Industry” as part of the training program “From Idea to Innovation: Regulatory Framework, Patent Protection, and Technology Transfer,” held on 18 June 2026 at the Library of the Institute for Biological Research “Siniša Stanković” (IBISS).

The training was designed for researchers interested in intellectual property, patent protection, innovation management, and technology transfer, with the aim of improving understanding of invention protection, knowledge transfer, and the development of the innovation potential of research results.
