The latest edition of the Data Protection and Privacy Guide, published annually by Chambers and Partners, features two articles authored by three lawyers from the MJB Law Office.

In the chapters titled “Law and Practice” and “Trends and Developments,” Vladimir Djerić, Lena Petrović and Katarina Radović provide an overview of Serbia’s data protection legislation, along with a review of key developments in this area compared to the previous year.

The Data Protection and Privacy Guide offers the latest legal insights on the regulatory framework for data protection, privacy litigation and collective redress, data privacy regulation related to artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, sector-specific issues including advertising and employment law, data localization requirements, and blocking statutes.
