Dejan Bogdanović has had extensive experience in intellectual property law as a patent and trademark agent since 1993. In addition to being responsible for managing MJB’s portfolio of IP clients, he specializes in trademark infringement litigation, where he was involved in a number of landmark cases before Serbian courts.
Dejan Bogdanović also advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions from negotiations to conveyancing, and corporate law matters, in particular company formation.
