MJB Among the Best on the Legal 500 List for 2026

Katarina Travica first gained experience in intellectual property, especially industrial property, working at the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia as a patent examiner. In 2001 she left the IP Office to join MJB.
She has extensive experience in drafting and filing patent applications, patent prosecution, and developing patent strategies. She specializes in industrial property rights in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, biochemistry, and biotechnology. She also assists clients in the protection of plant variety rights and internet domain registration.
