Our partner Vladimir Djerić spoke at a conference organized by the Serbian Insolvency Law Association, on a panel dedicated to breaches of international standards of investment protection by judicial authorities. Vladimir spoke about undue delays in proceedings as a basis for state liability. The panel was moderated by Prof. Maja Stanivuković and also featured presentations by Tijana Kojović and Petar Djundić.
