Vladimir Djerić advises and represents clients in matters concerning company, commercial and arbitration law, advertisement law, public international law and human rights.
Vladimir Djeric has acted as counsel in international arbitrations (ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce) and before international courts and tribunals (ICJ, ECHR, ICTY). He has also served as arbitrator (Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Foreign Trade Court of the Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce).
He was advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of FR Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro from 2000 to 2004. During his service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was Co-Agent for FR Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro in cases before the ICJ. He was some time substitute member and rapporteur of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.
